On June 28, I was loaded and ready to head to Colter Bay for nine days. When I went to close my slide, the cable was jammed and wouldn't budge. I drove to all the local dealers that were open on Saturday, but no one would even consider helping me. I called everyone I could find on Facebook and was about to give up when I got Scott's number.
